Download Analytics Overview #
The Download Analytics page shows how your customers are downloading your products: how often, from where, which files, and at what cost.
Accessing Download Analytics #
Go to DDLS > Download Analytics in your WordPress admin.
Page Sections #

| KPI Summary | Total downloads, unique customers downloading, average file size, estimated bandwidth cost |
| Download Trend | Line chart of downloads over the selected period |
| Top Downloads | Which files are downloaded most |
| Geographic Distribution | World map and table of downloads by country |

| Bandwidth Estimates | Estimated data transfer volume and cost |
What Triggers a Download Event #
A download event is recorded each time DDLS Core successfully delivers a file to a customer. DDLS Core fires the dmsilm_download_logged hook, which DMSI Analytics captures.
