What is DMSI Analytics Pro?

How is this different from WooCommerce Analytics?
WooCommerce Analytics tracks orders and revenue. Analytics Pro adds license-specific insights: activation rates, license utilization, renewal prediction, per-product activation geography, and customer health scores. It’s purpose-built for digital product businesses running DMSI DDLS.

Is there a launch discount?
Yes — 30% off your first year. You pay €69.30 for the first year, then €99/year on renewal.
Is Analytics Pro included in any bundle?
Yes. Analytics Pro is included in the All Access Bundle — all 8 DMSI extensions for €449/year.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your existing installation keeps working. Historical data and dashboards remain accessible. You lose access to updates and support, but your analytics data stays in your WordPress database.

What dashboards are included?

Can I export analytics data?
Yes. All dashboards support CSV export. You can also access analytics data programmatically via the DMSI DDLS REST API (or GraphQL if you have Advanced API installed).
Does it track real-time data?
Dashboard data updates in near real-time. Revenue and order data refreshes on each page load. License activation events are tracked as they happen. Historical aggregations (weekly/monthly trends) are computed on a scheduled cron job.
Can I see which sites have activated my licenses?
Yes. The License Analytics dashboard shows activation domains, activation/deactivation history per license, and geographic distribution of activations.
INSTALLATION
What are the requirements?
- DMSI DDLS (free core plugin) — required
- WooCommerce — required
- WordPress 6.0 or higher
- PHP 8.0 or higher
How do I install Analytics Pro?
- Purchase and download from your DMSI account
- Upload via WordPress Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Activate the plugin
- Navigate to DMSI → Analytics to view your dashboards
Does it work with my existing data?
Yes. Analytics Pro reads from your existing WooCommerce orders and DMSI DDLS license records. Historical data is available immediately — no waiting period required.
TECHNICAL
Does Analytics Pro slow down my site?
No. Analytics computations run on admin pages only, not on the frontend. Heavy aggregations run via WordPress cron in the background. Your customers’ experience is unaffected.
Where is analytics data stored?
In your WordPress database. Analytics Pro creates its own tables for aggregated metrics. Raw data comes from WooCommerce and DMSI DDLS tables — no data is sent to external servers.
Does it work with Advanced API?
Yes. When both are active, analytics data is available through the REST API and GraphQL endpoints. Build custom dashboards or integrate analytics into your own tools.
SUPPORT
What support is included?
Standard support is included with your license. Submit tickets through your DMSI account dashboard.
Where can I find the documentation?
Documentation is available at dmsi.gr/docs/analytics/. Includes setup guides, dashboard walkthroughs, and API reference for analytics endpoints.
Can I request custom reports?
The plugin includes the most commonly needed dashboards. For custom reporting needs, you can export data via CSV or API and build reports in your preferred tool. Feature requests are welcome via the support system.
