The Calendar provides a timeline view of your project phases and scheduled events across all active projects.
Viewing the Calendar #
Click Calendar in the sidebar to open the calendar view.
- Phases are displayed as timeline blocks spanning their expected duration
- Color coding matches the phase status: green (completed), blue (running), grey (pending), orange (rework), red (failed)
- Hover over a phase block to see project name, phase name, and assigned role
Navigating the Calendar #
Use the navigation arrows to move between months or weeks. Use the Today button to return to the current date.
You can switch between Month, Week, and Day views using the view selector in the top right of the calendar.
Calendar Events #
In addition to workflow phases, the calendar displays:
- Deadlines — Due dates associated with projects
- Approvals — Pending approval requests scheduled for review
- Milestones — Key completion events
Click any event to open the related project or phase detail page.
