Bulk Deactivation #
Deactivating multiple sites at once.
When to Use #
- Monthly stale cleanup
- Customer with many unused activations
- Product discontinuation
- License abuse investigation
How to Bulk Deactivate #
- Go to DDLS > Activations
- Filter to find target activations (e.g., Stale 90+ days)
- Check boxes next to activations to deactivate
- Select “Deactivate” from Bulk Actions dropdown
- Click “Apply”
- Confirm bulk action
Selecting Multiple #

Safety Features #
- Confirmation required before processing
- Shows count of affected activations
- Cannot undo (but can re-activate if needed)
Best Practice Workflow #
- Filter: Stale 90+ days AND staging/dev domains
- Review: Scan list to confirm these should be deactivated
- Select: Check all matching
- Action: Bulk deactivate
- Notify: Email customers about cleanup
What Happens #
- All selected activations marked Inactive
- License slots freed for each
- Audit log updated
- No emails sent automatically (you send manually)
