The Activations Screen #
The Activations screen shows all site activations across all licenses, products, and customers.
Getting There #
Go to DDLS > Activations in your WordPress admin menu.
What You’re Looking At #
This is a monitoring tool – you view and deactivate, but customers activate sites themselves.
8 columns displayed:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Site URL | Where the software is installed |
| License | Which license key is being used |
| Customer | Who owns this activation |
| Product | Which product is activated |
| Status | Active, Inactive, or Stale indicator |
| Last Check-in | When site last validated license |
| Activated | When activation occurred |
| Actions | Deactivate or delete |
Status Filters (Tabs) #
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| All | All activations regardless of status |
| Active | Healthy, checking in regularly |
| Inactive | Deactivated by customer or admin |
| Stale | Active but not checking in (30+ days) |
Statistics Dashboard #
At the top, you’ll see key metrics:
- Total activations
- Active count
- Stale count
- Inactive count
