Understanding the Activation List Table #
Details about each column in the Activations screen.
Column 1: Site URL #
Where the software is installed:
- https://example.com – Production site
- https://staging.example.com – Staging site
- http://localhost – Local development
The URL is clickable to visit the site.
Column 2: License #
Which license key is being used:
- Clickable to view license details
- Shown in code format (PRO-2024-XXXX)
Column 3: Customer #
Who owns this activation:
- Customer name (clickable to view)
- Customer email
Column 4: Product #
Which product is activated:
- Product name (clickable)
- Helps filter by product
Column 5: Status #
| Status | Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | Healthy, checking in |
| Inactive | Gray | Deactivated |
| Stale | Orange | Active but no check-in 30+ days |
Column 6: Last Check-in #
When site last validated license:
- 2 hours ago – Healthy
- 3 days ago – Normal
- 45 days ago – Stale (warning)
Column 7: Activated #
When the activation occurred:
- Date format: Nov 15, 2024
- Helps track how long site has been active
Column 8: Actions #
