Monitoring Background Jobs #
View and manage automated tasks.
Getting There #
Go to DDLS > Background Jobs in your WordPress admin menu.
Statistics Cards #
At the top, you’ll see:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Jobs Run (Last 24h) | How many jobs executed |
| Success Rate | Percentage of successful jobs |
| Pending Jobs | Jobs waiting to run |
| Failed Jobs | Jobs that encountered errors |
Scheduled Jobs List #
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Job Name | What the job does |
| Status | Scheduled, Running, Paused, Not Scheduled |
| Next Run | When it will run next |
| Actions | Run Now button |
Status Indicators #
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled | Green | Properly scheduled and running |
| Not Scheduled | Red | Job is missing (will auto-reschedule) |
| Running | Blue | Currently executing |
| Paused | Yellow | All jobs are paused |
Available Actions #
| Button | Effect |
|---|---|
| Pause All Jobs | Stop all background processing |
| Resume Jobs | Restart paused jobs |
| View Action Scheduler | See detailed Action Scheduler logs |
| Run Now | Execute specific job immediately |
