Understanding Overview Data #
Deep dive into what each section of the customer overview tells you.
Quick Stats Interpretation #
Licenses Count #
What it shows: Total licenses owned (all statuses)
How to interpret:
- High count = Power user or agency
- Zero = Downloaded-only products or support-only
- Mix of statuses = May have churn/renewal issues
Total Spent #
What it shows: Lifetime value from all purchases
How to interpret:
- High value = VIP customer, prioritize support
- Low value = May need upsell opportunity
- Zero = Hasn’t purchased (imported or test)
Downloads Count #
What it shows: Total file downloads
How to interpret:
- High = Actively using products
- Zero with licenses = May need onboarding help
- Very high = May be sharing/pirating (investigate)
Member Since #
What it shows: Customer relationship length
How to interpret:
- Long tenure = Loyal customer, treat well
- Very new = May need onboarding
- Old with no purchases = Win-back opportunity
Licenses Table Analysis #
Status Patterns #
All Active: Healthy customer Mix of Active/Expired: May have renewal issues All Expired: Churn risk, needs outreach Suspended: Payment or terms issues
Expiration Dates #
Expiring soon: Proactive renewal outreach Recently expired: Recovery opportunity Never expires: Lifetime customer
Activations Table Analysis #
Last Check-in Times #
Recent (hours/days): Actively using Old (weeks/months): May have stopped using Never: Activated but never used
Site Patterns #
Production sites: Real usage Local/staging sites: Development Many similar sites: Could be agency or abuse
Status Distribution #
All Active: Normal usage Blocked activations: Hit limits, may need upgrade Inactive: Deactivated or abandoned
Subscriptions Table Analysis #
Status Meanings #
Active: Current paying customer Pending Cancel: Will churn at period end Paused: Temporary stop (will resume?) Cancelled: Already churned Expired: Natural end (lifetime ended)
Billing Cycle Insights #
Monthly: Higher churn risk, upsell to annual Annual: Committed customer Lifetime: No recurring revenue but loyal

Soon: Ensure payment method valid Distant: Stable for now N/A: Not recurring or cancelled
Support Contracts Table Analysis #
Support Level Implications #
None: No support access Standard: Basic support, normal response time Priority: Faster response required VIP: White-glove service, highest priority

Using Data for Decisions #
Prioritizing Support #
- Check support level (VIP > Priority > Standard > None)
- Check total spent (high value = priority)
- Check subscription status (active subscriber = priority)
Identifying Upsell Opportunities #
- At activation limit = Offer higher tier
- Monthly subscription = Offer annual discount
- No support = Offer support contract
- Standard support = Offer priority upgrade
Identifying At-Risk Customers #
- Expired licenses + cancelled subscriptions = Churn
- No recent downloads = Disengaged
- Pending cancel status = About to leave
