Viewing Customer Details #
The Customer Overview page shows comprehensive information about a customer in read-only format.
How to Access #
From customer list:
- Find customer (search or browse)
- Click View in row actions
OR:
- Click customer name in list
- Click customer name from license detail page
Overview Layout – Five Sections #
Section 1: Quick Stats #
Four stat boxes in a horizontal row:
Licenses
- Number of licenses owned
- All statuses included (active, expired, suspended, cancelled)
Total Spent
- Lifetime value
- Formatted currency (e.g., “$1,234.56”)
- Includes all orders and subscriptions
Downloads
- Total downloads performed
- Indicates engagement level
Member Since
- Date customer record created
- Shows relationship length
Section 2: Licenses Table #
All licenses owned by this customer:
Columns:
- License Key (clickable – goes to license details)
- Product name
- Status badge (color-coded)
- Expires date (or “Never”)
- Actions link
Section 3: Activations Table #
Where customer’s licenses are installed:
Columns:
- Site URL (clickable – opens site)
- Product name
- License Key
- Status (active/inactive/blocked)
- Activated date
- Last Check-in (relative time)
Use Cases:
- Support context: See where licenses are installed
- License verification: Confirm activations match limits
- Engagement tracking: Last check-in shows usage
- Abuse detection: Spot suspicious patterns
Section 4: Subscriptions Table #
All subscriptions for this customer:
Columns:
- Product name
- License Key
- Status (active/expired/cancelled/paused)
- Billing Cycle (Monthly/Annual/Lifetime)
- Next Renewal date
- Created date
Status Badge Colors:
- Green – Active (currently paying)
- Blue – Pending Cancel
- Yellow – Paused
- Red – Cancelled
- Gray – Expired
Section 5: Support Contracts Table #
All support contracts:
Columns:
- Contract Number
- Product
- Support Level (Standard/Priority/VIP)
- Status
- Expires date
- Incidents Used/Limit
Using Overview for Support #
Before responding to any customer:
- Open their overview
- Check licenses (active? expired?)
- Check activations (where installed?)
- Check subscriptions (renewal issues?)
- Check support (do they have access?)
