What Customers Can Do in the Portal #
- View all of their licenses and their current status
- Manage site activations on their licenses (add or remove activated sites)
- Download software files and updates associated with active licenses or support contracts
- View subscription status and billing history
- View support contract details
- Update account preferences
What DMSI Subscriptions Pro Adds
>
With Subscriptions Pro active, the Subscriptions section of the portal gains additional self-service capabilities:
>
– Pause Subscription — customers can pause billing for 30, 60, or 90 days
– Resume Subscription — customers can end a pause early
– Cancel with Survey — cancellation includes a survey asking why they are leaving
– Reactivate Subscription — customers who cancelled within 90 days can reactivate
>
These actions appear as buttons on each subscription in the portal’s Subscriptions section. The buttons shown depend on the subscription’s current status and which features are enabled in settings.
