Licenses that need attention soon.
What It Shows #
Licenses expiring in the next 30 days:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| License Key | The license about to expire |
| Customer | Who owns it |
| Expires | When it expires |
| Days Left | Countdown |
Color Coding #
| Days Left | Color | Urgency |
|---|---|---|
| 7+ days | Yellow | Monitor |
| 3-7 days | Orange | Take action |
| 0-2 days | Red | Urgent |
Why It Matters #
Proactive renewal outreach:
- Contact customers before expiration
- Remind them to renew
- Reduce involuntary churn

- Click “View All Expiring” for full list
Configurable #
Change the “30 days” window in Dashboard settings if needed.
