Increasing Activation Limit #

Customers grow, and sometimes they need more activation slots.

Customer: “We grew from 3 to 8 WordPress sites. Can you increase our activation limit?”

Go to DDLS > Licenses

Find customer’s license

Click [Edit]

Change Activation Limit from current value (e.g., 5) to new value (e.g., 10)

Click [Update License]

Reply to customer: “Done! You can now activate on up to 10 sites.”

If this is an upgrade (5 sites to 10 sites), you might want to charge the difference.

Options:

Important: You cannot reduce limit below current usage.

Example: License has 3 sites activated, limit is 5.

To Decrease:

First deactivate sites (see “Resetting Activations”)

Then reduce limit
