The Licenses Screen Overview #
The Licenses screen is your command center for license management. Every license your system generates appears here, whether created automatically from a purchase or manually by you.
Getting There #
Go to DDLS > Licenses in your WordPress admin menu.
What You’re Looking At #
The main licenses table shows these columns:
- Checkbox – For bulk actions (delete, activate, suspend, cancel multiple licenses)
- License Key – The unique identifier (e.g., DMSI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Click to view full details. Sortable.
- Product – Which product this license is for
- Customer – Who owns this license
- Variation – Product variation (e.g., “Single Site” vs “5 Sites”). Empty for simple products.
- Status – Visual badge showing license state. Sortable.
- Activations – Current usage vs. limit (e.g., “3/5” or “12/Unlimited”)
- Expiration – When the license expires, or “Never” for lifetime licenses. Sortable.
- Created – When the license was created. Sortable.
Sortable Columns: License Key, Status, Expiration, Created. Click the column header to sort ascending or descending.
Pagination #
The table shows 10 items by default. If you have more licenses, pagination controls appear at the bottom to navigate between pages.
