Best Practices #
1. Filter First #
Use filters to narrow selection before bulk operations.
2. Double-Check Selection #
Review licenses you’ve selected. Verify customers, products, dates.
3. Start Small #
Test on 2-3 licenses first. Verify result. Then do the rest.
4. Document Bulk Changes #
Keep a log:
- Date: Dec 1, 2025
- Action: Suspended 50 licenses
- Reason: Fraud investigation
- Outcome: All suspended pending investigation
5. Export Before Delete #
Before bulk deleting, export to CSV for backup reference.
6. Communicate with Customers #
If bulk suspending/cancelling legitimate customers, notify them first or immediately after.
