Subscription Settings #

This section enables automatic recurring billing for this product.

Enable Subscription Checkbox #

When CHECKED:

• Product uses DMSI DDLS’s subscription tracking system
• Subscription record created with renewal date
• Admin notified when renewal is due
• License extended when renewal order is paid

When UNCHECKED:

• One-time purchase
• Customer must manually renew by purchasing again
• No renewal tracking

Important: DMSI DDLS has its own subscription tracking system built-in, so you don’t need WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.

Trial Period (days) #

Format: Number input
Default: 0 (no trial)

What it means: Number of free trial days before first payment.

When to Enable Subscriptions #

Enable for:

• Annual subscription products ($49/year, $99/year)
• Monthly SaaS products
• Any product with recurring renewal tracking

Disable for:

• Lifetime license products
• One-time purchases
• Products where customer manually renews
