Billing History #
Understanding past charges for a subscription.
Where to Find It #
- Go to subscription details
- Scroll to “Billing History” section
What’s Displayed #
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When charge occurred |
| Amount | Amount charged |
| Status | Paid, Failed, Refunded, Pending |
| Transaction ID | Payment gateway reference |
| Actions | View receipt, refund |
Payment Statuses #
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Successfully charged |
| Failed | Charge unsuccessful |
| Refunded | Money returned to customer |
| Pending | Awaiting processing |
Viewing Receipts #
Click “View Receipt” to see:
- Full payment details
- Customer billing address
- Transaction ID
- Gateway response
Processing Refunds #
- Click “Refund” next to payment
- Choose: Full or Partial refund
- Enter amount (if partial)
- Add reason
- Click “Process Refund”
Note: Refund goes back to original payment method.
