What DMSI Subscriptions Pro Adds
>
Subscriptions Pro introduces additional status behavior:
>
| Status | Trigger | Meaning |
|——–|———|———|
| Suspended | Grace period expires without payment | Billing suspended, limited access |
| Active (Paused) | Customer requests pause | Status stays
activebut billing is intercepted |
>
Suspended is a core status value added to the DDLS status set by Subscriptions Pro. A suspended subscription has passed its grace period. The customer’s access may be restricted at the product level, and the subscription will auto-cancel after a configurable number of days (default: 30).
>
Paused is not a separate status value. Subscriptions Pro keeps the subscription
activein the core system but uses an internal flag (is_paused) to intercept the renewal billing cycle. The customer portal shows a “Paused” badge for paused subscriptions.
>
