Subscription Statuses #
Your subscriptions can have these statuses:
| Status | Badge Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Yellow | Order placed, awaiting confirmation |
| Active | Green | Currently active, tracking renewals |
| Trial | Blue | In trial period |
| Past Due | Orange | Renewal date passed, awaiting payment |
| Cancelled | Red | Ended by customer or admin |
| Expired | Gray | Subscription period ended |
Pending #
- Order placed, awaiting confirmation
- Subscription created but not yet active
- Waiting for initial payment to complete
- Will transition to Active or Trial once confirmed
Active #
- Currently active, tracking renewal date
- License is active
- Next renewal date scheduled
- Admin notified when renewal is due
Trial #
- In trial period
- No billing until trial ends
- License is active
- Will convert to Active when trial expires
Past Due #
- Renewal date passed without payment
- License may still be active during grace period
- Waiting for customer to pay renewal order
Cancelled #
- Cancelled by customer or admin
- No future billing
- License expires at end of current period
- Cannot be reactivated (new subscription required)
Expired #
- Subscription period ended
- No longer billing
- License expired
- Customer must create new subscription
