Understanding the Subscription List Table #
Details about each column in the Subscriptions screen.
Column 1: Subscription #
Shows subscription ID and customer information:
- #1234 – Subscription ID (clickable to view details)
- John Smith – Customer name (clickable to view customer)
- john@example.com – Customer email
Column 2: Product #
Shows what they’re subscribed to:
- Pro Plugin License – Product name (clickable)
- Annual Plan – Billing plan/variation name
Column 3: Status #
Color-coded status badge showing current state.
| Badge | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Yellow | Pending | Awaiting confirmation |
| Green | Active | Everything good |
| Blue | Trial | In trial period |
| Orange | Past Due | Renewal due, awaiting payment |
| Red | Cancelled | Ended |
| Gray | Expired | Period ended |
Column 4: Billing #
Shows billing details:
- EUR 99.00 / year – Amount and cycle
- Next: Nov 15, 2025 – Next billing date
Column 5: Payment #
Shows payment method on file:
- Visa ending 4242 – Card type and last 4 digits
- PayPal: john@example.com – PayPal account
Column 6: Created #
When the subscription started:
- Nov 15, 2024 – Start date
- 1 year ago – Relative time
Column 7: Actions #
Quick actions menu with common operations like View, Extend, Create Renewal Order, Cancel.
