Activation Issues #
Problems with site activations.
Activation Stuck or Not Working #
Check API Connectivity #
Customer’s server must reach your site:
- Can they access your site normally?
- Is their server blocking external connections?
- Firewall or security plugin blocking API?
Check Site URL #

| Trailing slash differences | Normalize URLs |
Activation Shows Wrong Site #
Cause #
Site URL changed after activation (migration, SSL change)
Solution #
- Find old activation
- Deactivate it
- Customer re-activates on new URL
Cannot Deactivate #
From Admin #
- Go to DDLS > Activations
- Find the activation
- Click Deactivate
If Site Unreachable #
Use admin deactivation – doesn’t require site connection.
