License Not Generated After Purchase #
Customer completed order but no license key was created.
Step 1: Check Order Status #

|---|---|
| Pending Payment | No – waiting for payment |
| On Hold | No – needs review |
| Processing | Should be created |
| Completed | Should exist |
Step 2: Check Product Configuration #
- Go to WooCommerce > Products
- Edit the product
- Check Licensing tab

| Enable Licensing | Must be checked |
| License Type | Must be selected |
Step 3: Manual License Creation #
If order is valid but license missing:
- Go to DDLS > Licenses
- Click “Add New”
- Fill in customer and product info
- Link to the order
- Save
Step 4: Check Action Scheduler #
If licenses aren’t auto-creating:
- Go to Tools > Action Scheduler
- Look for failed “dmsilm” actions
- Check error messages
