Finding specific download records.

Date Range Filter #

Quick filters:

Last 7 daysPast week

Custom rangePick start and end dates

The date filter uses native date pickers (improved in v1.0.1). Filters no longer reset unexpectedly between page loads.

Example: Show all downloads in October 2025

  • Click “Custom range”
  • Start: Oct 1, 2025
  • End: Oct 31, 2025
  • Click Apply

    • Filter by Product #

    Dropdown showing all your products.

    Example: “Show me only Pro Plugin downloads”

    • Select “Pro Plugin” from dropdown
    • Table updates to show only Pro Plugin downloads

    Filter by Customer #

    Search/autocomplete field.

    Example: “Show me what John Smith downloaded”

    • Type “John Smith” in customer filter
    • Select from autocomplete
    • See all John’s downloads

    Combining Filters #

    Filters stack together.

    Example: “Show me Pro Plugin downloads by John Smith in October”

  • Product: Pro Plugin
  • Customer: John Smith
  • Date Range: Oct 1-31, 2025
  • Click Apply

    • Result: Only downloads matching ALL filters.
