Publishing a Version #

Making your version available to customers.

Complete all required fields (Product, Version Number)

Write changelog

Save the version (publish or save as draft)

Attach files via the Files section (after saving)

Click [Publish] (if not already published)

Version becomes visible in customer portal

Customers with active licenses/support can download

Update notifications may be triggered (if configured)

Download counter starts at 0

Once published:

Best practice: Test thoroughly before publishing.

To publish at a future date:

Set Release Date to future date

Click “Schedule” instead of “Publish”

Version goes live automatically on that date
