The Downloads Screen #
The Downloads screen shows a log of every file download from your customer portal.
Getting There #
Go to DDLS > Downloads in your WordPress admin menu.
What You’re Looking At #
This is read-only tracking data – you can’t edit downloads, only view them.
Purpose:
- Track who downloads what and when
- Monitor unusual download patterns
- Verify customer access is working
- Generate usage statistics
- Security monitoring
Statistics Dashboard #
At the top, you’ll see 4 key metrics:

| Total Downloads | All-time download count | 1,247 downloads |
| Today | Downloads in last 24 hours | 23 downloads |
| This Month | Downloads this calendar month | 187 downloads |
| Unique Customers | Different customers who downloaded | 312 customers |
What You Can Do #
- View download history
- Filter by date, product, customer
- Track download patterns
- Investigate suspicious activity
What You CANNOT Do #
This is a read-only log:
- Cannot delete download records (audit trail)
- Cannot edit download data
- Cannot block downloads from here (use license management)
