Understanding Versions and Downloads #
Versions and Downloads work together to manage your product releases and track file access.
Two Separate But Connected Screens #
| Screen | Purpose |

| Versions (DDLS > Versions) | Create and manage product releases |
| Downloads (DDLS > Downloads) | View download history logs |
Think of it this way: Versions is where you CREATE releases. Downloads is where you TRACK usage.
How They Connect #
Each product can have multiple versions. Each version has downloadable files. Every download is logged.
Example Structure:
Product: “Pro Plugin”
- Version 1.0.0 (Stable) – Downloaded 150 times
- Version 1.1.0 (Stable) – Downloaded 89 times
- Version 2.0.0 (Beta) – Downloaded 12 times
For Licensed vs. Non-Licensed Products #

Both types use the same Versions and Downloads system!
