DMSI Advanced API ships with four predefined rate limit tiers. Each tier defines the requests-per-hour limit and the burst limit for API keys assigned to that tier.
| Tier Name | Requests per Hour | burst_limit | Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 100 | 10 | Development and testing |
| Professional | 1,000 | 50 | Small production integrations |
| Business | 5,000 | 100 | Medium-scale integrations |
| Enterprise | 50,000 | 500 | High-volume production use |
The burst_limit column is the actual database column name in the rate limit tier table.
Managing Tiers #
Tiers are seeded automatically on plugin activation. You can view and modify tier settings in the WordPress admin at DDLS > Developer > Rate Limits.
Changes to tier limits take effect immediately for any API key assigned to that tier.
