System Requirements #
Before installing DMSI Analytics, confirm your environment meets these requirements.
Required #

Recommended #
| Requirement | Purpose |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce | Geographic download data (IP geolocation). Without WooCommerce, download country/region data will not be available. |
| PHP memory limit 256MB+ | Predictive model calculations on large datasets benefit from higher memory |
| Object cache (Redis/Memcached) | REST API rate limiting and metric query caching perform better with a persistent object cache |
Optional DDLS Add-ons #
The following DDLS add-ons, if active, unlock additional analytics event tracking:

If these add-ons are not active, their corresponding events are simply not tracked. All other analytics features continue to work normally.
Browser Requirements #
The analytics admin interface uses Chart.js and DataTables. Any modern browser works:
- Chrome 80+
- Firefox 75+
- Safari 13+
- Edge 80+
Internet Explorer is not supported.
