Goals Overview #
The Goals feature lets you set specific targets for your key business metrics and track progress automatically. When a goal is achieved, you receive an email alert.
Accessing Goals #
Go to DDLS > Goals in your WordPress admin.
What Are Goals? #
A goal is a target value for a specific metric over a defined time period.
Examples:
– MRR of $10,000 by end of this month
– 100 new customers this quarter
– 5,000 downloads this year
– Churn rate below 3% this month
Goal Types Available #

| Total Revenue | Total revenue in period | Reach target value |

| Active Licenses | Active license count | Reach target count |
| Churn Rate | Monthly churn rate | Stay below target |
Goal Periods #
| Period | Description |
|---|---|
| Monthly | Goal resets each month |
| Quarterly | Goal covers a calendar quarter |
| Annual | Goal covers a full year |
Goal Statuses #
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Goal is in progress |
| Achieved | Target was met within the period |
| Missed | Period ended without reaching the target |
