Tracks from license creation to active file downloading.
– Step 1: License Created

Subscription Renewal Funnel #
Tracks subscription health through to renewal.
Requires DDLS Subscriptions Pro.
– Step 1: Subscription Created
– Step 2: Subscription Active (30 days)
– Step 3: Subscription Renewed
Customer Lifetime Funnel #
High-level view of the complete customer journey.
– Step 1: Customer Created
– Step 2: License Activated
– Step 3: Download Logged
– Step 4: Customer Logged In (second visit)

Using a Template #
- Go to DDLS > Funnels
- Click New Funnel
- Select Start from Template
- Choose a template
- Optionally customize the steps or time window
- Save and view results
