License Analytics Overview #
The License Analytics page provides aggregate insights into your license portfolio: how many are active, how well they are being used, when they expire, and which versions customers are running.
Accessing License Analytics #
Go to DDLS > License Analytics in your WordPress admin.
Page Sections #

| KPI Summary | Active licenses, activation rate, expiring soon, average activations per license |
| License Status Distribution | Doughnut chart: Active vs Expired vs Suspended vs Cancelled |
| Utilization Rate | How fully customers are using their activation slots |
| License Lifecycle | How long licenses remain active before expiring or cancelling |
| Renewal Forecast | Revenue and license count due for renewal in next 30/60/90 days |
| Version Adoption | Which version of your products customers are running |
Date Range #
The date range selector on the License Analytics page applies to historical trend charts. Some sections (like current utilization) always reflect the current state.
