Custom Report Builder #
The Custom Report Builder is a 3-step wizard for creating tailored reports across any DMSI Analytics data.
Accessing the Builder #
- Go to DDLS > Reports
- Click Create New Report
Step 1: Choose Your Data Source #
Select what type of data your report covers:
| Data Source | Available Metrics |
|---|---|
| Revenue | MRR, ARR, total revenue, growth, by-product breakdown |
| Customers | Customer count, new, churned, LTV, churn rate, retention |
| Downloads | Download count, unique customers, failures, geo, bandwidth |
| Licenses | Active count, utilization, expired, lifecycle |
| Subscriptions | Active, new, cancelled, renewal rate |
| MRR | MRR trend, movement breakdown, by product |
Choose one data source per report.
Step 2: Select Metrics and Filters #
After choosing a data source, select which specific metrics to include in the report.
Filters available for all reports:
– Date range: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, custom range
– Product: All products or a specific product
– Segment: (future segmentation capability)
Additional filters by data source:
– Download reports: Filter by country, file name
– License reports: Filter by license status, product
Step 3: Choose Visualization #
Select how the data is displayed:

| Doughnut Chart | Proportional with center metric |
| Area Chart | Cumulative trend |

Choose a title for the report and click Save Report.
