Running and Viewing a Report #

Running a Saved Report #

  1. Go to DDLS > Reports
  2. Find your report in the Report Library
  3. Click Run
  4. Set the date range if prompted
  5. The report renders with your chosen visualization

Report Results Page #

The report results page shows:
– Chart visualization (if not Table type)
– Data table below the chart
– Export buttons (CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, PNG)
– Metadata: last run time, data source, date range

Refreshing Data #

Click Refresh to re-run the report with the latest data. Reports use cached metric data, so results reflect the most recent nightly calculation.

Sharing Reports #

Reports are accessible to any WordPress user with the manage_dmsilm_analytics capability. There is no direct URL sharing feature; share access by granting admin users the analytics capability.
