Anomaly Detection Settings #
Fine-tune which metrics are monitored, how sensitive detection is, and who receives alerts.
Accessing Anomaly Detection Settings #
Go to DDLS > Analytics > Settings > Anomaly Detection.
Metrics to Monitor #
Toggle individual metrics on or off for anomaly detection:
| Metric | Default |
|---|---|
| MRR | On |
| Churn Rate | On |
| Download Volume | On |
| License Activations | On |
| Total Revenue | On |
Sensitivity Threshold #
The baseline deviation percentage that triggers an anomaly. Lower = more sensitive (more alerts). Higher = less sensitive (fewer alerts).
Default: 20% (a metric must deviate more than 20% from its baseline to trigger an anomaly)
Recommended range: 15% to 40%
Lookback Window #
How many days of history are used to calculate the baseline.
Default: 30 days
A longer lookback window produces a more stable baseline. A shorter window makes the baseline more responsive to recent changes.
Alert Recipients #
Comma-separated list of email addresses for anomaly alert emails. Defaults to the WordPress admin email address.
Email Severity Threshold #
Choose the minimum severity that triggers an email:
– All (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
– Medium and above
– High and above
– Critical only
Pause Alerts #
Toggle alerts off temporarily with an automatic end date. Useful during planned events that will cause expected metric spikes.
