Settings #

Access settings via the gear icon in the top-right toolbar.

Appearance #

• Theme — Dark theme (default). Light theme coming soon.
• Language — English (default). Additional languages in future releases.

Terminology #

Customize the labels used throughout the app. Rename “Task” to “To-Do”, “Project” to “Sprint”, etc.

Categories & Tags #

Manage your taxonomy: create, edit, delete categories (with colors) and tags per entity type.

AI Provider #

Configure which AI backend powers the assistant. See the AI Assistant Setup article for details.

Voice #

Select which Windows SAPI voice is used for text-to-speech notifications. Adjust speech rate.

MCP Server #

Enable/disable the built-in MCP server. Configure the port (default: 7900).

Backup #

Create a snapshot of your database. Restore from a previous backup. Export data to CSV.

CC3 Sync #

Configure bidirectional sync with Claudius Corp III. Set the CC3 database path and poll interval.

Notifications #

Configure per-event notifications: toast popups, sounds, and text-to-speech.

License #

View your license status, enter a license key, or validate your existing license.
