The Assets Screen #
The Assets screen is accessed via Services > Assets. It displays all customer assets across all customers in a sortable, filterable table.
Columns #
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Asset Name | Display name of the asset (for example, “example.com” or “Managed Hosting – ClientA”) |
| Customer | The client this asset belongs to |
| Type | Asset type: domain, SSL, hosting, or custom |
| Expiration Date | When the asset expires or requires renewal |
| Renewal Cost | The recurring cost associated with renewing this asset |
| Auto Renew | Whether automatic renewal is configured |
| Last Reminder | Date the most recent expiration reminder was sent |
| Actions | Links to view, edit, or delete the asset |
Filtering the Assets List #
The following filters are available:
- Type – Filter by asset type (domain, SSL, hosting, custom)
- Customer – Show only assets belonging to a specific customer
- Expiring Within – Filter to assets expiring within 7, 30, or 90 days
- Auto Renew – Filter to show assets with or without auto-renew enabled
Expiration Indicators #
Assets approaching their expiration date are highlighted in the list:
- Assets expiring within 30 days are marked with a warning indicator
- Assets expiring within 7 days are marked with an urgent indicator
- Expired assets (expiration date is in the past) are visually distinguished
The same assets appear in the Dashboard Alerts widget.
