What is DMSI Service Management? #
DMSI Service Management is a premium Category B extension for the DMSI-DDLS Core plugin. It transforms a WordPress site into a full service operations platform, enabling managed service providers and IT support teams to track contracts, log billable time, manage customer assets, and handle service requests from a single admin interface.
What DMSI Service Management Adds
DMSI-DDLS Core handles client records, licensing, and the customer portal framework. DMSI Service Management extends that foundation with hour-based service contracts, support request tracking, SLA enforcement, customer asset monitoring, and automation rules. Without DMSI-DDLS Core installed and active, this extension cannot function.
Who Uses This Plugin? #
- Administrators configure contracts, SLA templates, service types, and automation rules.
