DMSI Subscriptions Pro enhances the standard DDLS subscription list with additional status information and management controls. This document covers the admin-facing subscription management interface.

📌 What This Extension Adds: The core DDLS engine manages subscription records and billing. Subscriptions Pro layers on grace period tracking, suspension state, retry history, and manual override controls — all visible from the standard subscription admin screens.

Accessing the Subscription List #

Navigate to DMSI → Subscriptions Pro in the WordPress admin sidebar. The subscription list displays all subscription records with the following additional columns added by this plugin:

• SP Status — Extended status indicator showing grace, suspended, paused, or trial state
• Retry Count — Number of payment retry attempts made
• Next Retry — Scheduled date for the next automatic payment retry
• Pause Ends — If paused, the date the pause expires and auto-resume fires

Filtering Subscriptions #

Use the filter toolbar above the list to narrow results by:

• Subscription status (active, paused, grace period, suspended, cancelled, trial)
• Date range (created, next renewal, last payment)
• Customer name or email

Bulk Actions #

Select multiple subscriptions and use the Bulk Actions dropdown to:

• Cancel selected subscriptions
• Clear retry history
• Export to CSV

Individual Subscription View #

Click any subscription row to open the WooCommerce order edit screen. DMSI Subscriptions Pro adds two metaboxes to this screen: the Subscription Pro Status Metabox and the Payment Retry History Metabox.
