DMSI Subscriptions Pro is a premium extension for DMSI DDLS (Digital Download Licensing System) that adds advanced subscription lifecycle management to your WooCommerce store. It extends the core DDLS subscription engine with features merchants need to run recurring revenue businesses effectively.

📌 What This Extension Adds: DMSI Subscriptions Pro adds dunning/retry logic, pause & resume, win-back campaigns, free trial periods, plan switching with proration, and an enhanced customer portal — all on top of the core DDLS subscription engine.

Core Features #

• Dunning & Payment Retries — Automatically retries failed payments on a configurable schedule (default: days 1, 3, 5, 7) and sends dunning emails to recover revenue.
• Pause & Resume — Allows customers to temporarily pause subscriptions for configurable durations (30, 60, or 90 days) up to 3 times per year.
• Win-Back Campaigns — Sends a 3-email re-engagement sequence with discount codes to recently cancelled customers.
• Free Trial Periods — Offers configurable trial periods (default: 14 days) before the first billing cycle.
• Plan Switching — Enables customers to upgrade or downgrade plans mid-cycle with optional proration.
• Customer Portal Enhancements — Adds pause, resume, retry, and reactivation buttons to the WooCommerce My Account portal.
• Renewal Reminders — Sends advance notice emails before each billing renewal (default: 7 days prior).
• Grace Periods & Suspension — Provides a configurable grace period (default: 14 days) after payment failure before suspending access.

System Requirements #

All four requirements must be met before activating this plugin. The plugin performs a dependency check on activation and will display an admin notice if any requirement is unmet.
