Win-back campaigns are configured at DMSI → Subscriptions Pro → Win-Back tab. All timing and discount settings are stored as WordPress options and applied to new campaigns going forward. Existing in-progress campaigns are not retroactively affected by setting changes.
📌 What This Extension Adds: These settings are entirely provided by Subscriptions Pro. The Win-Back tab and all associated option keys do not exist in core DDLS.

Enabling Win-Back #
The win-back module must be enabled via the feature toggle on the General tab (dmsilm_sp_winback_enabled = true) before the Win-Back tab settings take effect.
Campaign Eligibility Rules #
A cancelled customer is eligible for a win-back campaign if:
- They do not have an active, in-progress win-back campaign already
- They have not opted out of win-back emails
- The cancellation was not initiated due to a payment dispute or fraud flag
Reactivation Link Configuration #
Win-back emails include a direct reactivation link. Ensure the reactivation endpoint is accessible and not blocked by maintenance mode or caching plugins.
For email template customisation, see Win-Back Email Templates.
