Configuring Email Polling #

Requirements: PHP imap extension, dedicated email inbox, IMAP access enabled.

1. Go to Support Desk → Settings → Email.
2. Enter IMAP Host, Port (993 SSL / 143 TLS), Encryption, Username, Password.
3. Set Polling Frequency (5, 10, or 15 min).
4. Save.

Allow one cron cycle to pass, then check ticket list for imported emails.
