Installing DMSI Support Desk #

1. Install DMSI DDLS Core first. Support Desk will not activate without it.
2. Upload the dmsi-support-desk plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
3. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins and activate DMSI Support Desk.
4. On activation, the plugin automatically:
5. Creates 8 database tables (prefixed wp_dmsilm_)
6. Seeds four default SLA policies (Urgent, High, Normal, Low)
7. Creates a support_agent user role
8. Schedules 7 background WP-Cron jobs

After Activation #

Navigate to the DDLS Core admin shell — you will see a new Support Desk section in the sidebar. Begin by configuring your settings under Support Desk → Settings.
