Activating Your License #
DMSI Support Desk requires a valid license to enable its full feature set.
- Go to DDLS Core → License (the unified license page).
- Locate the DMSI Support Desk license entry.
- Enter your license key and click Activate.
- The plugin will contact the DMSI update server to validate your key.
License States #
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
active | License valid — all features enabled |
expired | License expired — 72-hour warning window begins |
invalid | Key not recognized by the update server |
suspended | License suspended by DMSI |
not_activated | No key entered yet |
Grace Period #
If the update server cannot be reached (network error), a 72-hour grace period begins:
– 0–72 hours: Admin notice warning, all features remain active.
– 72 hours – 7 days: Feature-limited mode.
– After 7 days: Hard feature restriction until connection is restored or license renewed.
