How SLA Status Is Monitored #

WP-Cron job every 5 minutes checks all open tickets:

• On track: >20% SLA time remaining.
• At risk: <20% remaining. Agent notified.
• Violated: Due date passed. Agent + managers notified.

Visual indicators: normal (none), at-risk (yellow), violated (red).
