An event subscription links a webhook endpoint to one or more event types. An endpoint only receives deliveries for events it is subscribed to.
Managing Subscriptions #
Subscriptions are managed on the endpoint edit form, under the Event Subscriptions section.
Subscribe an Endpoint to Events #
- Go to DDLS > Webhooks > Endpoints
- Click Edit next to an endpoint
- In the Event Subscriptions section, check the events to subscribe to
- Click Save
Unsubscribe #
Uncheck an event in the same form to stop receiving deliveries for that event.
Available Events #
Go to DDLS > Webhooks > Events to browse all registered events, including their category, description, and sample payload.
| Category | Events |
|---|---|
| license | license.created, license.activated, license.expired, license.renewed |
| subscription | subscription.created, subscription.renewed, subscription.cancelled (Pro only) |
| payment | payment.received, payment.failed |
Auto-Subscribe #
When the Auto-Subscribe option is enabled on an endpoint, the endpoint is automatically subscribed to any new event registered in the future (including custom events added by other plugins via the dmsi_register_webhook_event filter).
This is useful for integrations that should receive all events without manual configuration.
Viewing Current Subscriptions #
The endpoint list shows a count of active event subscriptions per endpoint. The endpoint detail view lists each subscribed event by name.
