System Requirements #
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- Disk Space: ~150 MB for installation
- Internet: Required for license activation, the AI assistant, and update checks. Everything else works fully offline.
Download #
After purchasing or starting a trial from the Flexible product page, download the latest installer (Flexible-Setup-x.y.z.exe) from your My Account page.
Install #
- Run
Flexible-Setup-x.y.z.exe. - If Windows SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway (the current build is not yet code-signed).
- Follow the setup wizard and choose an install location (the default is recommended).
- Click Install, then Finish to launch Flexible.
First Launch #
On first launch Flexible creates its local database and opens the main window. Your data lives on your device at %APPDATA%Flexible (the database file is flexible.db). No account is required.
Start a Trial or Activate a License #
Open Settings → License:
- Free trial: click Start Free Trial for 14 days of the full app — no card required.
- License key: paste the key from your purchase confirmation and click Activate. Flexible validates it with the DMSI license server.

Uninstall #
Use Windows Settings → Apps → Flexible → Uninstall. Your data in %APPDATA%Flexible is preserved — delete that folder manually for a completely clean removal.
