Settings Reference #

Open Settings to configure Flexible. The main sections are below. Most settings apply to the device you set them on.

Appearance #

• Theme: Light or Dark. Both platforms fully support dark mode.

AI Assistant #

Choose your provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Local/Ollama), enter an API key, and pick a model. See AI Assistant Setup.

MCP (Windows) #

Enable Flexible’s built-in MCP server and manage its API key so external AI tools can connect to the app. See MCP Server.

Connectivity / Sync #

Turn Wi-Fi sync and Bluetooth sync on or off. See Syncing Windows and Android.

Finance #

• Default currency for summaries.
• Manage Categories for income and expenses.

License (Windows) #

Start a trial, activate or deactivate a license, and see your status. See Licensing, Trials & Renewals.

Notifications #

Control reminders, habit nudges, and timer alerts.
