DMSI Team Management is an extension for DMSI DDLS (Digital Downloads, Licensing & Subscriptions) that adds two separate but related capabilities to your WordPress site.

What This Extension Adds
DMSI Team Management is a plugin that extends DMSI DDLS. It does not replace any existing DDLS functionality. Every existing license, product, customer, and subscription in DDLS continues to work exactly as before. Team Management adds new capabilities on top.

The Two Sides of Team Management #

Side 1: Admin Staff Team Management #

This is an internal tool for your company (DMSI or your own business). It lets you:

• Build a team of staff members who can access the DDLS admin panel
• Assign each staff member a role that controls exactly what they can see and do
• Create custom roles with granular permissions (e.g., support staff who can view licenses but not delete them)
• Track every action your staff takes in an activity audit log
• See a workload dashboard showing which customers are assigned to which staff member

Who uses this: Your internal team – support agents, managers, account administrators.

Side 2: Customer Multi-Seat License Management #

This adds a new type of license product to WooCommerce called a Team License. When a customer purchases a Team License, they can:

• Invite colleagues and teammates to share the license
• Manage who is on their team (add, remove, change roles)
• See how each team member is using the license
• Control who has admin rights over the team vs. read-only access

Who uses this: Your customers who need to share a single license purchase across multiple users at their organization.
