Digital Products — No Physical Returns
All products sold on dmsi.gr are digital software products (WordPress plugins and desktop applications). No physical goods are shipped.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases — unless you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing the product, you confirm this consent. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once a download or license key has been delivered.
Defect Warranty
If your purchased product is defective (does not function as described), you are entitled to:
- A corrected version or patch, delivered within a reasonable time
- A full refund if the defect cannot be corrected
To report a defect, contact support@dmsi.gr within 30 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
Exceptions — When We Do Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered (no download link or license key received) — contact us within 7 days
- The product is materially defective and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
How to Request a Refund
Email support@dmsi.gr with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description of the issue
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
