By Email (Most Reliable) #

Advanced Techniques #
Finding All Customers from One Company #
Search the company’s email domain: @acmecorp.com
This shows everyone with @acmecorp.com email addresses.
Finding Customers by Partial Information #
If customer gives partial info:
“I think my email had ‘john’ in it”
- Search: john
- Review results for matches
“I work at some agency in New York”
- Search: agency
- Look for NY-related company names
Finding Recent Customers #
Sort by “Joined” column (click header) to see newest customers first.
Finding High-Value Customers #
Sort by “Total Spent” column to see biggest spenders.
Search Limitations #
Cannot search by:
- License key (use Licenses screen)
- Order number (use WooCommerce)
- Phone number (not stored)
- Address (not stored in customer record)
Workarounds:
Need to find by license key?
- Go to Licenses screen
- Search by license key
- Click customer name from license details
Need to find by order number?
- Go to WooCommerce > Orders
- Find order
- Note customer email
- Search Customers by email
Tips for Support #
Quick Customer Lookup #
When customer contacts support:
- Copy their email from support ticket
- Paste into Customers search
- Click View for full overview
