The Customer Analytics page helps you understand the health and value of your customer base, identify trends, and spot problems early.
Accessing Customer Analytics #
Go to DDLS > Customer Analytics in your WordPress admin.
Page Sections #

All charts and tables on this page respect the date range selector. Use it to compare different time periods.
What Counts as a Customer #
A customer in DMSI Analytics corresponds to a DDLS Customer record. Customers are created when a purchase is completed through WooCommerce with DDLS active.
